The unit passes 70 m³ of air per hour; in a room of 100 m³ that is 70% of the room's air. Over eight hours, the air passes through the unit several times.

How often should the lamp be replaced?

The lamp life is 18,000 h: about 7 years on school days, about 2 years running day and night. The hour counter shows the exact hours used.

Can it go on a wheeled stand to move it between rooms?

Yes, a wheeled stand (1.2 m) is available as an option. Tick it and its price is added to the unit's price.

Air passes through a closed chamber where 254 nm UV-C lamps damage the DNA of microbes. The radiation stays inside the chamber.
